About the Job :
Job Scope: Procurement and Supplier management
- Executing location procurement activities and managing the supplier base
- Operating supply chain business system (SWPS) for all procurement
Responsibilities:
•Obtain necessary quotations from contractors/suppliers in accordance with company policy and procedure and execute the purchases
•Execute procurement/tender for all operating business units.
•Initiate and participate in supplier audits and ensure action items is completed
•Identify savings opportunities and take actions to achieve them
•Assist in rationalizing supplier base and reducing number of suppliers through consolidation
•Expedite and ensure timely delivery and reception of all orders
•Prepare and Submit monthly reports |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Degree (BA/BS/Msc/MBA) – Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering
Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in procurement
Languages – Good proficiency in English and Farsi
