The Customer Service Executive is one of the Sales & Marketing department members; Responsible for number of clients assisting them in their requirements.
Main responsibilities:
Customer related services such as:
- Calls, appointments
- News and info managements
- Arrangements
- Data entry
- Giving clients feedbacks

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Main requirements:
- University qualification in any related fields; MBA graduated is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of sales and service experiences in similar field
- Good negotiation skills
