About the Job :
Main tasks:
• Manages the full scope of HR service and ensures the efficiency and quality of HR service within a country.
• Ensures that HR processes fulfill the requirements of local labour agreements and labor law. Understands the business situation in his/her responsibility area and translates business targets into HR action.
• Sets and reviews strategically appropriate targets for the HR country organization.
• Acts as a manager for site HR managers. Is responsible for resourcing and people management within own organization.
• Is responsible for efficient development of HR competencies in the country, HR resource and cost planning.
• Works with the other HR Managers to maintain consistency in HR practices and that HR services are aligned with business needs. May contribute to the Area HR Management team
• Ensures that the local business needs are taken into account in global planning.
• Facilitates the implementation of people management processes according to NSN values.
• Coaches and consults management teams, individual managers and employees in:
- RECRUITMENT & RESOURCING:
Resource planning, Recruitment process, internal transfers, University relations, Assessments, Induction
- COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Consultation & administration of C&B issues
- EMPLOYMENT ISSUES: Consults in conflicts and problematic cases and labour law application
- PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: IIP
- COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT: Learning needs and solutions, Management & Leadership Development
- ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT including Team and Management Team Development, Change Leadership, Diversity, Well-being, Listening to You, NSN Way & Values, Retention, Career development, Talent Review
