Arya Heavy Machinery is planning to establish additional service centers all around the country alongside Ahwaz with the aim to be closer to its customers. |

About the Job :
Objective: To prepare & control all documents recorded in inventory system and to prepare all Financial Reports in Finance Department.
Main responsibilities:
1. Prepare & submit the weekly cash reports for Business planning department and for use by the management team
2. Monthly preparation of the cash in forecast.
3. Compare actual vs. forecasted cash in every 2 weeks.
4. Monthly preparation of Management Executive Report.
5. Assist in preparing the financial statements & tax return at the end of year.
6. Assist in preparing the translated financial statements based on IFRS.
7. Control the quantitative Parts vouchers recorded in inventory system by accountants in branches.
8. Record the quantitative Machinery & Power Systems vouchers (both receipt & delivery)
9. Systematically calculate the delivery vouchers, allocate them to accounts & record them in accounting system.
10. Prepare all reports needed by products and customers from inventory system.
11. Fulfill other duties and responsibilities set by procedures and other adhoc duties

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
University qualifications : BA in Accounting
Previous experience : one year experience in Accounting
Other Skills : Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ideal Age Range : 23-30 |
