About the Job :
Objective:
To introduce and sell office equipments and document solutions within his/her assigned account/territory, and achieve its sales targets by effectively implementing sales strategies and market coverage together with maintaining customer's satisfaction.
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Department: Sales Tehran
Main Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge of Xerox products and internal sales policies.
- Direct sales to the assigned accounts or geographic territories.
- Consult and offer best document solutions and fulfill customers' requirements.
- Develop and implement necessary sales strategies and processes in compliance with Xerox policies to achieve targets.
- Expand market coverage within the assigned account, territories and forecast sales prospects.
- Execute active customer visits and efficient communications.
- Manage a long term mutual beneficial relation with customers.
- Provide regular monthly, weekly and daily reports from contacts and customers in CRM(Customer Relationship Management) for all his/her accounts.
- Prepare proposals for all quotes, tenders and necessary technical documentations for customers in compliance with Xerox sales policies. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
- Age - Mature 23-30 aged male/female candidate
- Experience 2 years of relevant sales experience; preferably in office equipment and IT field.
- University Qualification - Educated to a university degree level.
- Excellent communication and relationship building
- Customer oriented
- Team work and corporation
- Result oriented
- Fast learner
- Compensation Package - Fixed base including commission in accordance with Xerox's incentive plans.
