About the Job :
The job function will primarily be related to planning part of the Supply chain to facilitate a timely, cost effective and seamless HW and SW deliveries to highest possible level of customer satisfaction for services that are required to be delivered to the projects, within the limits of the scope of work.
Responsibilities:
- Be a permanent member of all SDP2 meetings and provide feedback to the Core 3 team on the current supply situation of the offered products.
- Participate in the monthly forecast meetings together with Market Unit Middle East demand manager and providing valuable inputs.
- Check and secure the correctness of the ordered products and all the information is available to reach 100% clarified order at the 1st instance when the order is sent to Sweden, without a need for revalidation or any missing information.
- Propose and agree with the project team, the reporting structure of the material delivery status, frequency and any other specific reporting requirements deemed necessary for a good project follow up.
- Prepare and submit project closure reports describing the overall performance of the supply project, lessons learnt, and a root cause analysis of the major escalations during the execution phase. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor or higher degree preferably in related field of study.
- Min. 4 years of experience in fields of Supply chain.
- Extensive experience (preferably above 4 years) of supply and logistics related tasks.
- Competence to cooperate with managers, customers and sub-contractors on an international level.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good financial understanding
- Proven leadership |
