About the Job :
The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Important Sales Management position with responsibility of driving Nestlé’s business through the region, looking at all aspects of the business.
- Responsible to effectively drive the business through the local distributor, while managing a team of executives.
- Monitor evolution/trends in the Market/Trade and suggest actions.
- To advice management on treat opportunities

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor or Master degree in business management or related fields
- At least 7-10 years experience preferred experience in managing Team, dealing with distributors
- Advanced Selling and Marketing Skills
-Good Leadership skills
- Strong Computer Literacy and good working knowledge of Excel (Advance level), Power point and Words.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- English proficiency |
