About the Job :
Mission/ Core purpose of the Job: (Short description)
•Create and maintain configuration and maintenance planning baseline data on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
•Record work order task feedback details on the CMMS on behalf vendors.
•Record asset configuration changes and report such changes to the Asset Administrator to update the Fixed Asset Register.
•Assisting the maintenance planner (Configuration Management) to set up and monitor progress reports.
Task Complexity:
•Creating maintenance planning baseline data.
•Maintaining maintenance planning baseline data
•Recording of work order task feedback details.
•Record asset configuration changes.
•Report asset configuration changes to Asset Administrator to update Fixed Asset Register.
•Assisting Maintenance Planner to set up and monitor progress reports.
•Updating of project status report.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
• Associate Diploma
Experience:
• 2 years in IT Fields
• Asset Management
• Working with ERP tolls (Maintenance Field)
Training:
• Microsoft Office (Specially Excel)
Special license, registration or certification:
• IT Certificates
• Competencies
Knowledge:
• Good knowledge in English. Fluent in speaking and good in writing
• Microsoft Office (Specially Excel)
• Good Knowledge in Computer Hardware |
