In recent years PSIG has ventured into nutritional food & beverage sector and established first infant milk formula & instant coffee processing plants in the Middle East.

It has set up a trading company to manage international contracts and meetings, offers trading and marketing services, technical and feasibility studies for new projects and financial services.

About the Job :
Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the office administration,
• Doing follow ups with other internal departments and outside companies and organizations,
• Setting the meetings
• Coordinating travel requirements such as scheduling, visa and invitation letters,
• Tracking the budgets,
• Processing expense reports,
• Filings and supporting team members in Excel and Power Point, etc

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Main requirement:

• Female
• Bachelor degree
• 3 years experience in similar job
• Applicant must have basic knowledge of " Accounting "
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point and Accounting software
• Time management and organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills, organized and persistent
• Fluent in English ( speaking & writing )
