Primary responsibilities including:
•Drawing legal contracts up including local contracts and International contracts
•Preparation of MOMs of AGM, EOGM, … , and MOM of board meetings
•Preparation of law office reports for management of the organization
•Attending the tender meetings of the company
•English translation of contracts

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Required:
•Bachelor degree in law
•Strong written and verbal English language skills
•Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, outlook, …
