About the Job :
Key responsibilities involve:
Supplier payments: recording payment and ensuring payments made on time.
Invoicing: Issuing invoices and recording them.
Receipts: Recording receipts and issuing receipt vouchers against invoice #.
Data entry into the companys accounting system & preparing monthly schedules for book closing.
Filing of documents and maintaining a list of files.
Dealing with internal and external auditors.
Maintaining cash book and bank book and monthly reconciliation of the same.
Such other duties and responsibilities his/her manager may assign |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
A vacancy as an Accountant who can apply principles of accounting to monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Main requirements:
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Fluency in English
A keen sense of responsibility and a constructive attitude to the company and to colleagues
University degree or equivalent
Min 1-2 years experience in accounting position. |
