The RoleThe RoleObjective: Management of workshop to achieve full customers satisfaction in service works. Main responsibilities: - Controlling and supervising the flow of work in the Setareh-workshop by appropriate man management and specific placement of the personnel as well as rational and economic use of the workshop facilities. - Supervising buildings, equipment, tools etc. in respect of condition, function and safe operation. Controlling and monitoring the execution of new facilities in agreement with superiors. Reporting to : After-sales Service Senior Manager of Passenger Cars (PC) Subordinates : 5-8 Other interactions : department heads and external services suppliers Working hours : Saturday-Wednesday 8:00- 17:00 Travel requirements : Occasional travel within country Gross monthly base salary : 10,000,000 IRR Commission / Bonus : yearly bonus Other Benefits : transport allowance, SOS insurance |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : Mechanical Engineer. (Experienced Technicians will also be considered) Other certifications : Technical training certificates Previous experience : 5 years experience in Workshop Management, preferably in automotive industry Specialist knowledge : Mercedes Benz PC (Passenger Cars) background Other Skills : Strong team player, Orientation giving Ideal Age Range : 30-50 Gender Preference : male Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills : Fluent in English or German (speaking & writing) |
