-The candidate will be responsible for executing warehousing procedures in terms of preparing daily and monthly reports for his line manager, loading and moving products, storing products in designated storage areas, documenting by completing forms, reports and maintaining databases, accomplishing mandates and organization mission through completing related results as needed.
-Assisting in developing policies and procedures to direct the operations of the warehouse.
-Documenting all actions by handling logs & records and managing information in the forms.
-Overseeing the inventory and coordinating the shipping procedures along with ensuring that all company products are moved from the storage area to the retail point in a safe and timely manner.
-Keeping the amounts of materials, received and distributed items through archiving in computer. He may also be responsible for counting of the physical inventory.
-Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers.
-High school Diploma or university degree
-At least 6 months working in FMCG companies with responsibilities relevant to the warehousing procedures.
-Knowing English as foreign language is an advantage.
-Computer skills in terms of MS office is needed
-Strong team working
-Ability to multitask
-Excellent communication skills
