The RoleThe RoleTo manage the Technical Sales Department of the company which the main responsibilities include: • To fully understand the company's products and their applications, which entails knowledge of customers' production processes. • To liaise with licensors on technical matters. • To trouble-shoot problems stemming from product applications. • To liaise with internal and third-party laboratories on product performances. • To guide production on formulations. • To guide on procurements of raw materials. • To train and plan training programs for the technical staff reporting to him. • To plan technical training seminars for customers • To meet regularly with customers to identify their chemical requirements • To fully understand market trends and competition |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualification: BS but preferably MS in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university Previous Experience: At least 10 years experience in similar industry Specialist knowledge: - Advanced English - Strong computer skills - In depth knowledge of specialty chemicals and their application for the energy industry Other Skills: - Attention to details - Proven leadership and team management skills - Advanced presentation and customer relation skills Place of Work: Tehran, but must be prepared to travel often throughout Iran to meet customers |
