The RoleThe RoleObjective: A) Corporation and personal income tax returns and clearance B) Withholding Tax & SSO clearance C) Insurance policy development D) Customs tariff clearance E) Other governmental levies Main responsibilities : 1) Assist to develop and maintain Insurance Policies 2) Assist develop and perfect company’s Tax Policies 3) Prepare and submit to chief Tax accountant monthly tax returns for review 4) Pay off all kinds of tax and SSO monthly due 5) Coordination with Tax Office and SSO Department for Tax and SSO audit yearly 6) Get Tax and SSO clearance from Tax authority and SSO Department timely 7) Deal with business related to all insurances except SSO, includes payment for premium and compensation claims 8) Record exactly the customs duties for importing and exporting 9) Deal with other local governmental levies, e.g. Labour fee 10) Assist to perfect tax and insurance polices, avoid any penalty or extra premium 11) Exactly compute monthly tax and SSO as per polices from the local country, and pay off the tax and premium timely 12) Co-operate with staffs from tax authority and SSO office during yearly audit, get tax and SSO clearance report as soon as possible 13) Prepare and submit monthly reports for corporation and personal income tax, withholding tax, withholding SSO, local employees’ monthly SSO premium and other levies related to finance manager for review 14) Identify and classify the customs duties for material and equipment importing and exporting, enter all tariffs into correct cost accounts accordingly as per “Accounting Procedure” Reporting to : Finance Manager Subordinates : None Other interactions : Weekly & monthly operation analysis meetings Number required : 1 Desired start date : ASAP Probation : 3 months Working hours : Sat-Wed 8am- 5pm |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : University degree in Accounting or Internationally recognised Accounting credentials (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA) Other certifications : Internationally recognised Accounting certificates (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA) Previous experience : 5 years financial accounting and/or audit experience with major construction and development projects in an oil and gas company Other Skills : the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams, flexibility, Strong work commitment Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills : English Current Residence : Tehran |
