The Role


The Role


Based in Tehran, this global FMCG organisation requires a Talent Manager to join their HR function. The purpose of this role will be to Implement the resourcing strategy of the organisation to ensure talent demand for the company is met in a timely, effective and efficient manner. Reporting directly into the Head of Human Resources, this role will offer the successful applicant a challenging and rewarding career within an internationally renowned firm.

Responsibilities will include:

• Translate the company plan into operational recruitment plan to provide visibility to the stakeholders regarding the recruitment plan
• Recruit fresh graduates and mid career professionals applying company methodology as per the agreed plan and SLA to match organisational need
• Negotiate with the recruitment organisation (through Indirect procurement) to ensure cost effective business focus contracts are in place for talent recruitment
• Assist in creating a strong employer brand in the universities and job market so that talented people aspire to join the company
• Build strong relationship with placement wing of the educational institution to ensure that company is seen as preferred organisation to place their talents.
• Manage the induction process through maintaining and updating the induction content and co-ordination with the relevant function so the new joiners are familiarised with the organisation
• Continuously explore the opportunity to bring back overseas Iranian graduates and mid career recruits.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate MUST possess a University qualification. In addition to this, the individual much have a minimum work experience of 2-3 years in a medium size dynamic organisation with some multinational company exposure with following competencies:
• Conversant in Islamic Republic of Iran labour law
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools
• Knowledge and skills of recruitment and selection methodologies to attract the best talent
• Knowledge of the local talent market
• Negotiations skills
