Job Description

Task Complexity: Implementation of staffing operational action plans and HR PPPs aligned to the MTN Irancell Strategy Conducting of HR needs analysis and implementing appropriate solutions and interventions. Cost effective Talent Acquisition including Packaged remuneration to suit customers Input & Collect valid evidence & data for salary determination Providing services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations Ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job profile in order to meet Business requirements Liaise with managers to escalate issues on implementing EE targets Implementation of Retention loan allocation process Launch & Implementation of Induction & Orientation program Execute promotion process & the necessary steps (IRIS, Assessment center, …) Review & revise JEQ from during the recruitment, transfer & promotion process Assess recruitment/ transfer/promotion candidates using different HR selection tools Conducting salary offer announce & follow negotiation formalities Control staff retention and exit formalities Participate in salary determination through scoring based on candidates submitted Docs/qualifications Utilized other HR departments with required reports Self development & keep abreast of HR PPPs.

Requirements

Education: At least BA / BSc degree in HR Sciences or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 2 years General HR experience; Telecommunication experience would be an advantage Knowledge: Interview Skill, Recruitment process, HR administration, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, OD, Training & Development, Remuneration, HRMS
