The Role


The Role


- Issuing Proforma Invoices
- Undertake distribution activities, such as orders processing, delivery schedule, shipment arrangement, controlling shipping documents, LC procedure, amendment, payment terms, payment follow up
- Keep a record of any discrepancies of products received or distributed
- Have constant contact with customers, division and distribution centers, forwarding agent, banks and company inspection
- Issuance of warehouse receipt
- Physical warehouse process
- Control & distribution of goods
- Coordinate closely with Finance, sales and after market department, supplier product information
- Perform local sales price pre-calculation
- Perform inventory and price control
- Supply product information
- Furnish freight quotations for sales department
- Define customs tariff number for issuance of Import License
- Report to Supply/Logistics Manager

Requirements


Requirements


- Familiar with commercial trade, letter of credit, Imports Regulation, Issuance of Proforma Invoice, Customs Tariff Numbers
- Preferably 2 years experienced in supply and logistics function
- BS preferably in relative fields -- Commercial Management, Accounting
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- PC literate in MS Office, experience with SCALA will be a plus
- Familiar with Incoterms
- Independent, responsible, committed, flexible, team-player, result oriented, pro-active, problem solving, creative, multi tasking and customer oriented
- Good communication skills in English & Farsi
