The RoleThe Role• Develop plans & tools required for proper management of the projects; guarantee the timely delivery of the projects. Communicate with all relevant stakeholders of the projects and follow-up of the agreements. • Organize Local production plans and follow-ups and reply to plants requests, in liaison with other departments. • Maintain GSP/GDP requirements in collaboration with our Agent and participate in visit of Warehouses in support of the logistics manager, ensuring our standards are met. • Develop and update SOPs and working instructions related to supply chain and industrial projects. • Manage required New Product Launches for local manufacturing products in liaison with other departments (business support, marketing, regulatory, finance). • Provide cross-functional support & effective communication between direct report & with other teams/departments. • Manage and optimize professional networks at all levels of the supply chain organization and be proactive in local professional organizations/associations |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation: University degree in engineering, science or pharmaceutical field. Experience & knowledge: • Knowledge of the health care/pharmaceutical environment • Good knowledge/experience of the customer service field • Experience and knowledge of project management in manufacturing & production is a plus • Ability to support the business and handling complex organizational relations is required • Familiarity with Ms Project is a plus (advance knowledge of Excel and Access in preferable) • Expertise in generating SOPs and working instructions (in Business Flow, Supply Chain, Inventory,...) Core competencies: • Utilizes excellent communication skills and demonstrates inter-cultural adaptability and sensitivity • Good communication skills in order to present effectively, both verbally and in writing, technical data/concepts • English language proficiency and/or French is appreciated • Pro-active, prioritise and able to work with minimal supervision and in a pressurised environment |
