The RoleThe RoleMain responsibility: 1. Primary review all invoices related to contractual and other activities in the field. 2. Verify costs against work carried and contract and reporting deviations, if any, for further handling. 3. Collect and review all invoices and tickets from staff in the field for reimbursement in head office, including air tickets, bus tickets, and taxi tickets and so on. 4. Handle the day-to-day petty cash activities. Includes disbursing, recording activities, and requesting replenishment as and when required. 5. Handle funds need in the field for allowance, food and accommodation, including disbursing and reimbursement from head office. 6. Accumulate daily fuel, materials consumption summary sheets for inputting into the Accounting System in head office. 7. Provide general advice on matters related to Finance and Accounts in the field. 8. Prepare all necessary costs analysis related to field activities. Accountability: 1. Ensuring that all expenditures entered into Project Direct Cost are true, reasonable, and accuracy, and all costs recorded into Yadavaran Project are in accordance with the terms and conditions of "Accounting Procedure", and the internal control procedure of thus Project meanwhile. 2. Ensure that all reports and analysis clear and integrated, meet requirements of Contract and HQ. 3. Keep all records of petty cash, invoices for logistics, and so on clear and accuracy. 4. Keep funds in the field safe. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation:B.A. degree in Accounting Working Experience: 5 years financial accounting and/or audit experience with major construction and development projects in an oil and gas company. Qualifications: 1. Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams. 2. Strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment. 3. Recognized Accounting qualifications, CPA.CA.CMA |
