The RoleThe RoleObjective of the role: - Lead and coordinate the security risk identification and assessment. - Draft and improve the security management plan and security response plan. - Regularly organize drills/exercises. List of responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategy that demonstrates the processes to understand the nature and probability of catastrophic and significant security risk event. - Gather and assess information related to the development of a wide range of security-related events, specific to the organization and its various operation that can adversely affect the security and safety of personnel and the profitability or reputation of the organization. - Ensure that the company is prepared for the possibility of attack, catastrophic event, or related significant security incident, involving development and administration of training plans, programs and exercises. - Analysis of information and the coordination of activities with persons inside and outside the organization to prevent attacks and catastrophic events. - Protect the company's integrity, people, process and assets from harm and loss. - In case of an incident of attack or catastrophe, would coordinating efforts within the organization to restore critical systems and provide facilities needed by the organization to function. - Closely coordinate with Public Affairs and Government Relations for good relations. - Draft, implement and coordinate security management procedures for all aspects of the Company's operations. - Manage and coordinate all the security officers. - Keep a good relationship with all the relative entity. - Inspect and audit all the operation and facility concerning about security protection Reporting to: HSE Manager Subordinates: None Number of Staff to be recruited in this position: 1 Desired start date: ASAP Length of Probation Period: 3 Months Working hours: Sat -Wed / 8am - 5pm Travel requirements: Site visits as required |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity Qualifications: - A minimum of a bachelor degree Nature and length of previous experience: - Experience in military or similar positions - Minimum of 10 years in security management Sector. - 5 years in oil and gas industry - Have a wide and deep relationship with the local authority and community - Similar position with other major international oil & gas operator Specialist knowledge: - Certification of security management. Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in multi-national environment - Flexibility Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Fluency: English Current Location: Tehran |
