Assist to handle all incoming/ outgoing correspondence, faxes and other documents for the management.
Maintains manager’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and having highest level communication and correspondence.
Organize all appointment. Answering or directing inquiries.
Provide full secretarial & administrative support.
Help to marketing and clerical department job as required
University qualifications: Associated degree graduated or higher in English or other languages or communication
Other certifications: ICDL
Previous experience: Minimum 3 years working experienced
Specialist knowledge: Excellent in Microsoft office software (other soft wares are an advantage)
Other Skills: Excellent in documentation and communication
Ideal Age Range: 22-32
Great looking and a welcoming smile
Language Skills: Intermediate English and Turkish are essential.
