The Role


The Role


The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities or other subjects of sale.
- Lead sales experts to increase of enterprise's sales.
- Advise distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
- Plan and direct the sales experts, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the enterprise.
- Generate new sales growth by engaging with customers and identifying high potential opportunities in the market.
- Work very closely with other departments to ensure current and future customer requirements are met.
- Develop and update the company website to ensure increasing sales.

Requirements


Requirements


- Minimum 5 years of management experience in sales and marketing, Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Products experience preferred
- At least M.S. in sales and marketing management or MBA
- Strong collaboration, team and communication skills
- Being Successful in business and outlet studies
- High degree of self-motivation
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent Planning skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Presentation skills
