Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible of following the company marketing strategies and execute sales plans, while ensuring customer satisfaction through conducting the sales experts. -Participate in setting short-term and long-term goals and objectives for sales team of each region according to the market conditions -Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals (coverage, distribution, and visibility) in defined region working with sales experts -Manage daily sales operation, monitor the sales target and ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly sales reports are in place -Constitute an effective distribution network -Maintain physical presence in the market to recognize good performance and highlight areas of improvement -Work closely with marketing team to ensure right information and material is available to promote product portfolio -Manage hiring and training of sales people -Find new channels to increase sales volume in defined region -Manage the new product launches as per defined plans of marketing team by coaching the sales team

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelors degree -Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and distribution -Team Management experience for minimum 3 years -Strong leadership, coaching and team working skills -Strategic thinking ability and excellent communication skills -Positive attitude, passion and commitment -Willingness to travel domestically -Strong computer skills, e.g. MS Office -Gender preference: Male -Ideal Age: 25 - 50 -Office location: Shariaiti (Sadr bridge)
