The Role


The Role


Objective: Managing a team of about 20 salesmen or/and a network of some local distributors to achieve region targets.

Main responsibilities:
• Setting & developing strategies & objectives
• Building & developing sales team
• Developing & managing a network of local distributors

Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager

Number required: 3 persons in Tehran, Karaj & Tonkabon cities

University qualifications: BSc/BA in Business or Engineering

Previous experience: At least 2 years experience as a Sales Manager or 3 years as a Sales Supervisor

Other Skills: Selling,leadership ability,good negotiator & advanced in windows & office tools

Ideal Age Range: 25-40
