The Role


The Role


-Sales and marketing expert for our central office in Tehran and cover the whole country.
-Investigation and visit potential projects and create effective communication with project manager so do sales and maintain good relationship.
-Ensure maximum market coverage and increase market share.
-Meet with key clients, assisting Sales force with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
-Confer with owners, architects, Consultants and Contractors of new or existing structures to determine optimal equipment required and to generate new sales.
-Prepare and formally present offers for TAMARA equipment. Explain Cost factors on emphasize value and technical benefits such as durability, performance, ride-comfort, Schedule and appearance of product.
-Preparing periodic sales report; showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
-Monitoring and evaluating the activities and products of the competition.
-Attending sales meetings.
-Directing and leads area sales personnel in achievement of planned results.
-Being able to work under hard conditions to push the sales.
-Extensive visit out of office.
-Number Required: 10 person.

-Bachelor's degree, preferred areas of study are: Business, Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
-Ability to perform an active role on a variety of subjects with existing and potential Customers.
-Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with building owners, general Contractors, developers, Consultants, architects and all of TAMARA employees.
-General knowledge of sales and industry.
-Familiarity with Common Computer operation and software.
-Familiarity with Sales and Marketing Strategies and instructions.
-Experience in marketing, negotiation, sales
-Good negotiator, extroversion personality.
-Team working skills, being energetic, Self-motivated, Full time, Presentation skills.
-Ideal Age Range: 25- 35 years.
-Gender Preference: Male & Female.
