The RoleThe RoleFor the expansion of its activities in Iran, the company is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join its Tehran office as a Client Service Representative. The purpose of this role is to deal with enquiries from corporate clients, help solve their problems and advise them on how best to use the company's products and services. Based in the company's office in Tehran the candidate will communicate with a range of Iranian and foreign corporate clients. Main responsibilities include: • Identifying new prospects through cold calling and lead generation • Appointment setting • Telemarketing / sales • Prospect/client needs analysis • Solution recommendations • Closing new business • Account renewals Working hours: Standard working hours are 9am-5pm Saturday to Wednesday. Compensation: Dependent on profile and experience. However, the successful candidate can expect an attractive performance-linked bonus, plus a basic salary. |
RequirementsRequirements- Excellent thinking and problem solving skills - Good telephone manners - At least one year experience - Comfort and familiarity with computers, including Outlook, Excel and Word - Good attention to detail - A pleasant personality and genuine interest in helping solve client problems - Ability to work under pressure - Good English skills |
