Job Description

Objective: Post holder will assist Province Area Sales Manager to achieve the business plan and annual sales targets in a specific territory in Iran (one or a few provinces), through guiding and leading the sales force, while maintaining the current market share and growing it according the defined strategy Main responsibilities: Some duties will include but not be limited to: -Achieving sales targets and managing receivables as per the set objectives -Penetrate in market and diffuse Company products (Find new opportunities and potentials in market) -Implementation of sales policies and strategies of Zarsima-ara Co. in the supervision area/region -Monitor sales team and sales activities of Distributors in assigned area -Control inventory of Distributors and send product orders on time to Sales Dep -Dealing with promotional activities -Dealing, Staffing, evaluating and training the sales team (Sales Rep. and Beauty Advisors) -Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service -Explore & Study the competitor’s movements in the target market -Prepare all necessary report to Sales Dep. (market research, competitive analysis, market trend monitoring) Reporting to: Area Sales Manager Duration: Permanent Position Desired start date: ASAP Working hours: Saturday-Wednesday 8:15-17:30 Travel requirements: Required travel within the assigned region (Qom, Markazi, Semnan)
