Job Description

As Parand Machine Co.’s Quality Control manager, you will be required to: - Apply and receive technical license from food and drug administration - Monitor and update quality procedures and documents - Supervise Quality Control operations, including Quality Control inspections and the collection of Quality records - Supervise the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality records - Operate and maintain special laboratory equipment - Prepare samples of incoming material and products and test them according to procedures - Monitor and check production procedures and make sure of product conformity - Approve product batches for storage and sales - Issue COAs for products - Be in contact with customer and visit his site when necessary - Team work and collaboration with other departments/team members - Receive customer complaints and follow up until case closure - Prepare reports for management
