The RoleThe RoleObjective: To provide advice and expertise to executive management on developing, implementing and monitoring compliance of the Company’s quality and environmental policies with company strategy and applicable legislations through effective management systems in order to support achievement of short and longer term business objectives. Main responsibilities: - Provides leadership, expertise and professional advice to the Company on quality, environmental and managerial issues to ensure the definition and implementation of effective and sustainable policies and procedures that support the achievement of Company’s business objectives - Ensures effective co-ordination across the Company in order to communicate and implement quality and environmental policies, procedures and instructions, conducting audits to determine extent of implementation and resolves non-conformance issues. - Manages and co-ordinates the process for the issuance of new or revised procedures ensuring consistency with management system requirements. - Ensures quality and environmental management systems are maintained and kept current in line with certification conditions and related international standards. - Establishes and manages a state of the art laboratory, manned with personnel having the requisite expertise, to provide a r |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications: BS in Chemical or Industrial Engineering Other certifications: - ISO certified for 9000 and 14000 Previous experience: - 6 to 7 years experience in Quality Control & ISO Systems, Experience in similar industry preferred Specialist knowledge: - Advanced presentation skills - In depth knowledge of applicable local regulations and stipulations of standards certifying bodies - Advanced English - Strong computer skills Other Skills: - Attention to detail - Proven leadership and team management skills Ideal Age Range: 33-45 Language Skills: English Current Residence: Qazvin |
