The RoleThe Role• Schedule the project in logical steps and budgeting time required to meet deadlines. • Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. • Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports. Reporting to: Project Manager Subordinates: 4 People Desired start date: February 2010 Probation Period: 3 months Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am-5 pm |
RequirementsRequirementsBSc of industrial engineering / Civil Engineering Min 3 years experience as a Project Head Acquainted with MSP Acquainted with office software Having an average knowledge of English language including fluency in speaking and writing is demanded Age Range: 27-35 Gender Preference: Male Current Residence: Tehran, Firoozkooh, Saveh |
