As a Production Manager, you are in charge of our production plant in Takestan and ensure that all production related processes are running according to the defined framework Main responsibilities: - You are in charge of the production in our plant in Takestan - You ensure that all production related processes are running according to the defined framework - You work permanently on processes, quality and operational improvements - You cooperate closely with quality and maintenance to ensure the highest possible production- and quality-standards - You coordinate production activities with production planning and sales to guarantee an efficient usage of our resources - You are responsible for sustainable personnel and training program linked to qualification of employees - You take care of documentation and reporting in our systems and you provide information to the plant management - You are responsible to act according to legal requirements, ensure a health and safety work environment as well as implement all requests from external audits and certifications
