The Role


The Role


Report to: Procurement Manager

Procurement Expert is in charge of related Material activities including documents control, coordinates and performs various duties related to the purchase of material, equipment, spare parts and services from local suppliers and overseas vendors as required.

1. Responsible for Contract and PO management.
2. Produce reports, studies, calculations and judgments relating material activities.
3. Work in close contact with their technical counterpart of the clients.
4. Liaise with other engineers as required to ensure all project technical requirements are met.
5. Implement standards and procedures in materials and provide leadership in the achievement of the department`s core deliverables.
6. Prepare budget for warehouse storage facilities, logistics, office and labor cost.
7. Review Leasing cost and determine appropriate strategies to maximize utilization of warehouse material facilities.
8. Familiar with engineering standard(especially IPS standard.
9. Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties.
10. Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
11. Assist in managing and following up overseas orders.
12. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers (local and overseas).

Requirements


Requirements


1. B.A. in Business, Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in oil and gas sectors.
3. Proficient in MS Office / and related software in material and procurement management.
4. Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
5. Good in writing and speaking English.
6. Work well under pressure and able to work independently.
7. Able to start in short notice.
8. Good in writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills.

About the Company


CNPCI (China National Petroleum Corporation) International, Cyprus Limited and Naftgaran Engineering Services Company of Tehran (NESCO) have jointly been awarded the "Buy-Back" Contract for the Masjed-I-Suleyman Oil Field. CNPCI will be the Operator and 75% owner of the project, Naftgaran Engineering Services Company with 25% share of the project.

The project is defined as re-development of the Asmari reservoir with the objective of the establishment of incremental production of 25,000 barrels of marketable oil per day. Additional objectives include the transfer of technology to Iranian Nationals and the introduction of modern technologies in the development and production of the reservoir.
