The RoleThe Role• Manage supply signals (PO and call off) • Manage incoming goods and services (Good receipt) • Perform procurement accounting (invoicing) • Assure delivery of goods and services to the internal user: - On the requested date - At the requested place - In the requested quantity and quality - With all the required documents - Proceeded by all the requested confirmations and acknowledgements. • transmitting purchase orders to external vendors • Monitoring timely confirmation of purchase orders (when vendor confirmation is required) • monitoring timely delivery of ordered goods or timely execution of ordered services • Monitoring timely delivery of components to subcontractors (co-manufacturers, co-packers); • converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders |
RequirementsRequirements• University degree is required • At least 2 years knowledge of local market • Good communication skills • Able to communicate in English fluently • Good negotiation skills • Good connection with local suppliers |
