The Role


- An active commercial company is seeking employment of a full time secretary and assistant.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events.
- Arrange and confirm meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming mail and other material.
- Answer phone calls.
- Writing Persian and English administrative letters and emails.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.

Requirements


Requirements


- Having bachelor degree.
- Having at least 2 years’ experience as secretary or assistant.
- Effective and strong communication and excellent public relations skills.
- Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-PowerPoint-Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good command in English.
- Being very precise, responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work.
