-Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
-Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
- Booking flights and reserving hotel (If needed).
- Set up Meetings for directing manager.
-Update and maintain internal staff contact lists.
- 3-5 years of experience in Assistant manager.
-Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent in written and oral communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Farsi.
- Detailed oriented and self-organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Gender: Female & Male.
- Ideal Age: 30-39.
