The Role


The Role


•ILF Consulting Engineers is presently expanding its business activities in the Islamic Republic of Iran. For our newly established office in Tehran we are looking for an experienced executive assistant/ office coordinator in Iran, to support us in developing our activities and growing our business in engineering and project management projects.

•The role includes but are not limited to:
-Preparing and managing the correspondences in both English and Farsi
-Managing and coordinating meetings, conferences, travel and accommodation arrangements
-Preparing meeting agendas and minutes, updating internal business development database
-Filing and updating contact information of clients, suppliers and external partners
-Coordinating visa and airport formalities for international colleagues
-Handling emails, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the managing director
-Managing other office support personnel such as drivers, assistants and clerks for on-time and smooth flow of office operation
-Acting as interface and offering support for providing and gathering accounting information to external accounting department
-Supporting projects, producing reports and presentations and organizing exhibitions
-Coordinating all public relation activities

Requirements


Requirements


-BA in business administration or BSc in a technical field
-Previous Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably with an international company
-Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point and Photoshop
-Pleasant personality, positive attitude and ability to work interdependently under pressure
-Be able to stop using social networking such as Telegram, WhatsApp during the office hours
-Fluent in English and Farsi (writing and speaking), German knowledge is a plus
-Gender Preference: Female
-Ideal Age: 25 to 45
