The Role


The Role


-Manage, develop and grow specific key account by developing business program supported with performance
-Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution and visibility
-Manage and check all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
-Maintain and manage a strong relationship with chain store's managers, distributors, stores sales representatives, and customers
-Monitor and manage the retailer performance in store
-Implement the new product launches as per defined plans of marketing/brand team
-Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets, week by week in order to ensure reaching the area targets
-Lead the team in his/her area of responsibility to achieve the targets
-Provide ongoing to all support and ensure they properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
-Reporting to: Head of Modern Trade & Trade Marketing
-Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country

-University qualifications: Bachelor or Master in Commercial Management or any relevant field
-Previous experience: Minimum 5 years experience in sales or distribution
-Specialist knowledge: Very good command of MS-Office (excel, word and power point)
-Report generating skills
-FMCG Experience is a must
