Job Description

As Medical Representative, you will be responsible for the ethical marketing of Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition products in your territory by clear communication to medical/paramedical contacts, entirely aligned with WHO Code, National Codes and local legislation of marketing with accurate information about these products, their features and benefits and their appropriate use within guidelines as set by Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition. This would be a full time field-based job with a lot of traveling Main Responsibilities: - The Medical Representative should build a long-term value adding relationships with her/his contacts, representing Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition which is enhancing the quality of life of consumers, and make sure to build the trust between them. - The Medical Representative should follow cycle detailing guidelines and ensure that specific communication objectives/ relevant features and benefits of Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition products are effectively delivered to the contacts. - The Medical Representative is responsible to achieve a quantitative coverage as per his/her objective. - The Medical Representative is responsible to monitor pharmacies of his/her area, in line with department policies. - The Medical Representative should have a disciplinary recording and reporting system as per the department instructions and file/ archive all territorial records again in line with the department policies - The MR should be knowledgeable to learn nutritional aspects of PICU patients and to talk scientifically at doctors' level. - The MR should be in contact with PICU nurses to help them implement nutritional orders of doctors. - The MR is responsible for making the products available in hospitals warehouse to enable prescribers have access to them properly.

Requirements

- Related Educational background (Medicine- Pharm D- Chemistry- Biology & Related Major) - Preferably 1-2 year experience in the related field - Proven record of building effective customer relationships with senior stakeholders in the Healthcare & Pharma sector in the ICU and PICU therapeutic area - Sufficient knowledge of sales, market and competitors. - Excellent English language skills written and spoken - Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office) - Good knowledge of Disease area and product. - Good communication, negotiation, reporting and presentation skills. - High teamwork value understanding and ability to work cross functionally - Pro-activity and self-motivation
