- Develop business through prescriptions, professional endorsements, hospital pharmacies, chemist and druggist outlets. Plan business growth and achieve targets/objectives. - Plan visits and delivering tailored product detailing to Dentists every day for the team. Key Responsibilities: - Build and strengthen Oral-b professional relationship with Dental Fraternity and the Oral hygienist - Ensure width and depth of distribution of Oral-b Oral Care products in the given territory and Implementation of Company. - Ensure maximum Prescription Generation/Professional Endorsement for Oral-B Oral Care Products. - Recruiting, Training and supervising OCCs (Oral Care Consultants) - Competitive Information - Reporting to Unit manager
