The RoleThe RoleMain Responsibilities: - Managing individual research projects from start to finish. - Responsible for the successful execution of research projects and maintenance of smooth relationship with clients. - Manage and develop team. Essential Responsibilities and deliverables: • To coordinate and execute research studies at all levels. • Communicate with clients on projects and response to client requests. • Overall responsibility for fieldwork liaison from initial consultation through to completion. • Design of research instruments (screeners, guides, schedules, etc.). • Suggest solutions along with the problems and issues that may appear during project execution. • Interpreting and analyzing of the results. • Writing up of final reports and presentation of the results to clients. • Maintain client relations (communication, writing proposals, promoting new solutions, etc.). • Direct design, execution and analysis/ reporting of research projects. • Management of one or more clients accounts. • Development of new business, from both existing and new clients. • Involvement in recruitment. • Representing the company to external audiences. • Involvement in relevant task forces. • Ensuring quality of all team's work. • Effectively balancing workload of team members to ensure deadlines are met and encouraging cross team working. • Responsibility for meeting team/project targets. • Such other duties and responsibilities his/ her manager may assign. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor's degree -- Marketing, Economics, Maths, Sociology etc... • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role and 5-7 years of experience the research field. • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English, • Numeric ability and logic interpretation skills. • Effective time and project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. |
