The RoleThe RoleRequirements: a. Order process management from start to delivery in export and import arena. 1. Order process management received from the customers. 2. Order process management placed by TOP from suppliers and follow-up for its delivery. 3. Company, suppliers and customer's stock management with appropriate solutions. 4. Border, customs, release, transportation insurances etc procedure management. 5. Relative documentation process management. b. Transportation process management in export and import arena. 1. Transportation process planning and management. It includes management of suitable vehicle hiring for transportation, suitable routes for this purpose, loading and so on. 2. Management, planning and delivery follow-up for the transportation of commodities from the supplier to the customer. 3. Building relationship with transportation companies such as inland transportation companies, shipping lines, transportation insurance agencies and managing these activities. 4. Transportation Cost & Time Management. 5. Relative documentation process management. Number: One person Travel: If required. |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity degree: B.S or M.S. in Industrial Engineering or M.B.A. Experience: 5 years if holding B.S. or 3 years if holding M.S. degree Languages: Fluency in Farsi and English. Necessary skills: Computer literacy, Deep knowledge in MS. Office, expertise in presenting the topics, full of energy and self-motivated. |
