Work Summary: 1) Contract Management for contracts with clients subcontractors/vendors 2) Pursuit of entitlement for change orders/claims from clients 3) Advice on local laws and regulations 4) Claims regarding construction insurance 5) Permit & License Contract Clarification: Interpretation and advice on rights/obligations of contract parties in EPC Contract as per local laws and regulations Contract Management: - Review and comments with action guidance to frequent requests from (internal) project teams - Employment and management Iranian law firms if required - Writing letters to clients/subcontractors/vendors Exploration of Claim/Change: - Pursuit of entitlement for change orders/claims from clients - Preparation for grounds and justification for change orders, unexplored by project teams
