The RoleThe Role1. Review and advice on legal risks incurred in Iran. 2. Develop the mechanism of dispute prevention and settlement, guarantee the disputes against project are handled in accordance with the prevailing laws, regulations and project's interest. 3. When a dispute occurs,ensure that project's interest is protected by choosing the right institution for arbitration proceedings. 4. Provide high quality solutions and advices on dispute and disagreement in face of the project. 5. To advise all levels of management to ensure the project and businesses operate in a manner acceptable in law, custom and practice in Iran. 6. Attends internal and/or external meetings and coordinating and implement follow up actions where is required. 7. Adhere to stated polices and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management. |
RequirementsRequirements1. Bachelor above in civil, major in commercial or international law. 2. Legal background, preferably in the fields of civil and commercial law or international law. 3. Ability to negotiate and act independently. 4. More than 3-years experience in oil field at a top law firm or as in-house counsel at a company. 5. Well-versed in the practice of litigation in oil and gas filed. 6. Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams. 7. Strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment. |
