The RoleThe Role- Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations - Ability to analyze the business contract with subcontractors & also costumers - Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit. - Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents. - Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. - Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case |
RequirementsRequirements Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process. The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand Negotiation ability & Critical decision Making based on situation related to legal cases Good problem solving skills An ability to prioritize, plan and organize work whilst in a busy environment. Enthusiastic, with a commitment to providing a high quality service. Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills. An ability to dealing appropriately with sensitive or difficult situations with clients/customers or members of the Organization Good Customer Service Skills Ability to maintain legible and accurate records. Willing to undertake further training. Developing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures.
