The Role


The Role


Key Responsibilities:

1. Process all invoices related to material procurement, including quotations, orders, invoices, transportation charge tickets, and so on.
2. Classify and enter data regarding to material purchase into the Accounting System.
3. Allocate material expenditures into proper cost accounts as per consumption summary of all categories of materials.
4. Collaborate with procurement department to conduct physical inventory counting on a periodic basis and prepare the necessary book adjustments to adjust stock accounts.
5. Periodic reconciliation on inventory accounts with procurement department.

Accountability:

1. Ensure that all expenditures entered into Project Direct Cost are true, reasonable, and accurate, all costs recorded into Yadavaran Project are in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "Accounting Procedure" ruled in the Service Contract, relevant AFEs and the internal control procedure of thus Project meanwhile.
2. Keep all records of costs clear and accurate.
3. Ensure that all reports and analysis clear and integrated, meeting the requirements of the Service Contract and site management.
4. Keep records of materials same with that in procurement department, including purchase, consumption, and stock.
5. Keep data regarding to materials consistent with physical objects.

Requirements


Requirements


Education:
1. Internationally recognised Accounting credentials (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA)
2. B.A. degree in Accounting

Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams.
2. Strong commitment to QHSE rules.

Experience:
8-10 years financial accounting and/or audit experience with major construction and development projects in an oil and gas company.
