The Role


The Role


- The job holder has responsibility for the provision of quality IT Services as the representative of the Customer Services function within Iran.

- Act as a first point of escalation for issue resolution, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction is maintained.

- Ensure IT service requests are resolved within the agreed time frame and resolutions are within customer expectation.

- Define and operate the procedure for ongoing management of the service

- Effective management of customer satisfaction to meet BAT targets.

- University degree in any related field of IT

- At least 2 years management experience

- Broad knowledge of technical, developmental, application, business and current trends in IT.

- Good Knowledge of :
* Server and Capacity Management
* Infrastructure Management
* Networking
* ITIL & Six Sigma

- Strong technical background in Windows , Linux and Mandirva environment

- Customer service orientated mind set and a good team player
