Job Description

- Manages and provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and preferably makes recommendations about future planning and development of resources - The position ensures the firm’s IT systems are robust and minimal downtime occurs, increases the IT ability of employees and ensures the IT systems are secure. A key part of the role is to also ensure the integrity of the firm’s records management information - Develop working relationships with local management, operational staff and HQ IT Team as well and respond to requests for information and support in relation to the firm’s IT systems as and when required and will coordinate with HQ IT team and will follow the directions and guidelines of HQ IT - Be responsible of the Local IT Department Staff, will plan training sessions (in-house or outsource) for their developments - Be responsible for the IT Budget preparing, planning and tracking
