The RoleThe RoleGeneral: 1.Ensure that the IT & communication system in good condition in Ahwaz and field area. 2.Trouble shooting hardware and software issues. Responsibilities: 1.Identifying & Troubleshooting hardware (Desktops, laptops, printer, scanner etc) and software issues for staff in Ahwaz and in the field. 2.Maintain the whole IT system deployed in oilfield & Ahvaz including network firewall/router, switches, servers, PABX, IPPBX and etc. 3.Liaise with sub-contractor in installing, maintain the field IT/communication system. 4.Assist IT System Support in Tehran in maintaining data flow, transmission and related equipment maintenance. 5.Planning the IT/Communication software, hardware budget for Ahwaz and field operation. 6.Tracking and maintain the status of field IT/Communication software and hardware. 7.Timely and quality IT support service in Ahwaz and field area. 8.Effective and efficient flow of project information. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation:BS Diploma in IT area. Qualifications: 1.The candidate should have a degree in Computer Science/ IT Technology or equivalent with around 3 years of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk functions. 2.Prior experience in handling admin tasks will be preferred. 3.Good knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, MS Office software . Experience: Experience with computer hardware and software, Net Work, database, server, communication system |
