The Role


The Role


1- Manage employee recruiting, evaluation and Training programs and procedures

2- Developing, administering and maintaining all HR processes such as recruitment, appointment, performance appraisal and training of all personnel, implement and setting HR policies.

3- Human resource planning, annual training programs.

4- Monitoring, maintenance of competitiveness and adequacy of the salary scales, compensation, insurance and benefit packages

5- Coaching and Developing Others

6- Making Decisions and Solving Problems

7- Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge

8- Communicating with Persons Outside Organization

Position reporting to: Managing Director

Subordinates: Staff affairs, HR development, public relations, general services

Probation Period: 3 months

Requirements


Requirements


BS or MS in management or related fields

Familiar with labour law and compensation

Familiar with human resource development

At least 10 years experience in related fields

Age Range: 35-55

Gender Preference: Male

Nationality: Iranian
