The RoleThe Role1- Manage employee recruiting, evaluation and Training programs and procedures 2- Developing, administering and maintaining all HR processes such as recruitment, appointment, performance appraisal and training of all personnel, implement and setting HR policies. 3- Human resource planning, annual training programs. 4- Monitoring, maintenance of competitiveness and adequacy of the salary scales, compensation, insurance and benefit packages 5- Coaching and Developing Others 6- Making Decisions and Solving Problems 7- Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge 8- Communicating with Persons Outside Organization Position reporting to: Managing Director Subordinates: Staff affairs, HR development, public relations, general services Probation Period: 3 months |
RequirementsRequirementsBS or MS in management or related fields Familiar with labour law and compensation Familiar with human resource development At least 10 years experience in related fields Age Range: 35-55 Gender Preference: Male Nationality: Iranian |
